Sadly ‘Crystal’ the black and white rabbit passed away yesterday (2.5.18) afternoon aged 12 years old.
She was about 7 years old when i rescued her and 6 other rabbits including her sister Carnelia.
I rescued them 5 years ago. They had previously been used for breeding and were to be killed when i rescued them.
Her sister ‘Carnelia’ passed away last year aged 11.
‘Crystal’ was a lovable little character with a beautiful soul, She was literally choking when i rescued her as the previous owner had lit a fire next to the hutches which were hardly visible in the smoke.
She soon recovered though and as had a lovely life with us and the other animals.
She will be sadly missed
